CISF constable from Sircilla dies in Rajasthan
KARIMNAGAR: In a tragic incident, a 25-year-old Central Industrial Security Force (CISF) constable, hailing from Jaggaraopalli village of Boinapally mandal in Rajanna Sircilla district died in Rajasthan. The jawan succumbed to injuries while undergoing treatment in the hospital after he slipped and fell on a rock while discharging duty.
The deceased was identified as Chada Shiva Kumar, CISF constable at the 16th Deoli battalion in Rajasthan. He was the younger son of Bhagyamma and Gopal Reddy and has two siblings.
Shiva Kumar was appointed as CISF constable and posted at 16th Deoli battalion, two years ago. His elder brother Ganga Reddy was also a CISF constable at Sircilla town.
On December 16, when Shiva Kumar along with his friends were discharging duty in their office surroundings, he slipped and fell on a rock and suffered serious head injury. He was immediately shifted to the government hospital at Jaipur. Since Shiva Kumar received a serious head injury, he went into a coma and was undergoing treatment. He breathed his last on Monday.
Meanwhile, the family members alleged that Shiva Kumar who was selected for constable post in the state would have got the placement in his native district Rajanna Sircilla district if the postings have not been stopped in the state. It is to be noted here that there is a Court case regarding the selection of constables in the state because of which the previous BRS government suspended the postings.
