They asked the students to move the car when an argument broke out. Sakesh pulled out a toy pistol and threatened the youth.

The youth alerted other villagers who rushed to the spot and caught Saketh and Mahesh. Three others sped away in the car. The boys were handed over to Police. “Neither of the parties were willing to lodge a complaint, so we counselled them and seized the toy pistol and let them off.” Shamshabad SI Md Khaleel Pasha said. A GD entry was made at the Police station. However, Mahipal Reddy and Sagar who were driving under the influence of alcohol were not booked for drunk driving and let off after counselling.
