Kerala rape case: Jisha's father seeks further probe

Kochi: Perumbavor rape and murder case victim Jisha’s father on Monday filed a petition before the Ernakulam Principal Sessions Court seeking further probe into the case. Victim's father claimed that the charge sheet submitted by police against Assam native Ameerul Islam is not based on the post mortem report. He argued that there are differences in the charge sheet and post mortem report. He made it clear that the victim being fit and healthy the accused Ameerul Islam will not be able rape and kill her alone.
