Hyderabad: Chief Minister K. Chandrashekar Rao will hold his first review meeting in the new Secretariat on Monday, and the subject will be irrigation. A media statement issued by the Chief Minister's Office (CMO) on Sunday said that the CM will hold a comprehensive review on Palamuru lift irrigation scheme
at 12 noon at CM Conference Hall on May 1.
Drinking water canals passing from Karivena and Uddandapur reservoirs to Narayanpur, Kodangal and Vikarabad will be reviewed in the meeting.
District ministers, MLAs, CM's secretary Smita Sabharwal, irrigation secretary Rajat Kumar, finance secretary, the irrigation engineer-in-chef and chief engineers will participate in this review meeting, it said.
