If You Have Guts, Launch Missile At Qazi Camp: Owaisi Dares BJP MLA Rameshwar Sharma

Bhopal: All India Majlis-e-Ittehadul Muslimeen (AIMIM) chief Asaduddin Owaisi on Tuesday threw down an open challenge to Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) MLA Rameshwar Sharma over his reported remarks about launching a missile at Bhopal's Qazi Camp, asserting that he is prepared to stand alone in the locality and face it.
Addressing a public gathering, the Hyderabad MP reacted sharply to statements purportedly made by the Madhya Pradesh BJP legislator, who allegedly claimed he would launch a missile from Karond Square toward the minority-dominated Qazi Camp area in Bhopal.
"Listen, BJP MLA Rameshwar Sharma, if you are truly your mother's son, tell me when you will launch it? I will come and stand all alone at Qazi Camp. I am ready to be martyred; I am ready to die! But I am not someone who will bow his head before people like you," Owaisi said in a video statement released by the AIMIM on social media platform X.

"Listen to what Qazi Camp is, Rameshwar Sharma. Who were the freedom fighters (Mujahideen-e-Azadi)? Qazi Syed Abid Ali, Wajid Ali Husaini—who were they? Khan Shahadat Ali Khan, Fazil Mohammad Khan, Adil Khan, Sheikh Ramzan, Sadat Khan, Risaldar Wali Shah?" Owaisi questioned.
Turning his attack to the central leadership over foreign policy and border tensions, Owaisi took a sharp swipe at the BJP government's stance during confrontations with Pakistan."When there was conflict with Pakistan, Trump phoned your leadership, and you stopped! You should have launched another 8 to 10 BrahMos missiles there. Instead, you want to talk about launching them here? You cannot do anything of that sort," Owaisi remarked.
Earlier, Huzur MLA Rameshwar Sharma made a controversial remark during a Matki Phod competition in Karond on September 6.However, later Sharma clarified that he was not referring to Qazi Camp in Bhopal but to Qazi Camp in Islamabad. Hitting at Owaisi today, Sharma said that Owaisi should stop using uncivil language if he considers himself a barrister."If you are a barrister, abandon this uncivil language. If you speak using foul language, I can answer you in the same tone," he said.
Sharma further said that he stands by the statements he made earlier."Missiles were launched, and missiles will continue to be launched. Wherever there are terror camps, wherever there are anti-India camps, India's missiles are ready. I stood by my statement yesterday, and I stand by it today as well."
