Fake Journalist Arrested for Extortion Attempt in Medchal (Representational Image)
Hyderabad: Medchal inspector B. Narasimha Reddy said police had arrested one, Anthony Sundar Raj, who claimed to be a journalist, when he tried to extort Rs 1 lakh from an auto trolley driver, Bhatti, on Monday.
The driver immediately called the police who went to the spot and arrested. Police is checking the antecedents of the accused.
