MP: Scindia's Son May Hold Reins of MP Cricket Body
They have closed ranks now and hence, there may be unanimous elections to all the posts in the MPCA in the upcoming elections, a functionary in the body indicated.

Bhopal: Union minister Jyotiraditya Scindia’s son Mahanaryaman is most likely to hold the reins of Madhya Pradesh Cricket Association (MPCA) as its president in the election to the coveted post, scheduled to be held on September two.
Twenty-nine-year-old Scindia Junior may be elected unopposed for the post, if talks going on in the state cricket circles are any indication.
He will step into the shoes of his father Union minister Mr. Scindia and his grandfather Madhavrao Scindia when he heads the cricket body in the September two polls.
The end of the political rivalry between Union minister Mr. Scindia and BJP stalwart and state urban development Kailash Vijayvargiya after the former switched over to BJP from Congress half-a-decade ago is set to pave the way for election of Scindia Junior as MPCA president, sources said.
Scindia Junior currently holds the post of vice-president of Gwalior Cricket Association.
Sources said he has already demonstrated his cricket administration skills by successfully holding Madhya Pradesh Cricket Premier League recently.
Scindia Senior, Mr. Vijayvargiya and ex-BCCI secretary Sanjay Jagdale have remained three major forces in the MPCA.
They have closed ranks now and hence, there may be unanimous elections to all the posts in the MPCA in the upcoming elections, a functionary in the body indicated.
Abhilash Khandelkar is the incumbent president of MPCA.
