Chandrababu Naidu to open telemedicine conference
Vijayawada: Chief Minister N. Chandrababu Naidu will inaugurate the 14th annual International Conference Telemedicine 2018, organised by the Telemedicine Society of India in collaboration with Andhra Pradesh Chapter at KL University on November 2.
Isro chairman Dr K. Sivan, NTR University of Health Sciences vice-chancellor Dr C.V. Rao, K.L. Universiy president K. Satyanarayana, Telemedicine Society of Ind-ia president A.K. Sangal, IT and panchayat raj minister Nara Lokesh, minister for education Ganta Srinivasa Rao, special chief secretary of health medical and family welfare Poonam Malakondaiah will participate in the conference.
Post graduate medical students will be exhibiting their projects on the promotion of telemedicine. Indian Medical As-sociation national president Dr Ravi Wankhe-dkar will deliver key no-te address on November 2 followed by plenary sessions and research paper session. On Nove-mber 3 plenary sessions will be held followed by research paper sessions.
Ramesh Hospitals are the major sponsor of the event, according to organising committee chairman Dr Murthy Remilla.
