Tirupati/Vijayawada: Nagari legislator and YSRC leader R.K. Roja came down heavily on TD leaders and alleged that ‘Operation Garuda’ is being held at the behest of Nara Chandrababu Naidu.
While addressing mediapersons after offering prayers to Lord Venkateswara on Tuesday in Tirumala, Ms Roja flayed the TD Government and said that the state of Andhra Pradesh has lost its glory and peace after TD rose to power.
“The law and order situation in the state is at its worst and decreasing at an alarming rate. The government has completely failed to provide safety and security to the general public and even for the leaders of the Opposition party,” she alleged.
Suspecting deep links between the TD and Tollywood actor Sivaji, Ms Roja said that Sivaji, who spoke pages of dialogue about Operation Garuda, had participated in the recent AP Cabinet meeting and thus it reveals their strong hand-in-glove connections.
She also strongly condemned the comments of TD leaders who claimed that the attack on Y.S. Jagan Mohan Reddy was stage-managed.

Telugu cine actor S. Sivaji has stated that he will reveal some more facts about Operation Garuda in the coming days and stated that he did not escape from the country. He said that he never revealed the name of YSR Congress party president and Opposition leader Y.S. Jagan Mohan Reddy and stated that he revealed about the threat and conspiracies against AP Chief Minister N. Chandrababu Naidu.
He released a video of his statement on the social media and stated that the government can conduct an inquiry about Operation Garuda. He claimed that he has got information about Operation Garuda from reliable sources and according to the information, there is a big conspiracy to bring down Chief Minister Naidu from power.
Sivaji alleged that the operation started to destabilise the TD government in the State. He stated that he came to the US for 54 times and is capable of bearing expenses in the US and refuted allegations about TD and CM Naidu sponsoring his current US tour. Sivaji alleged that YSRC has been unnecessarily leveling allegations against him and claimed that BJP is the current alliance party of YSRC and challenged that YSRC can pressure the BJP for a probe and he is ready to face the investigation.
