Nizamabad: Agriculture minister Pocharam Srinivas Reddy said that 13th college of food science and technology in India was set up in Rudrur of Nizamabad district and it is serving the student community.
After bifurcation of the state, agriculture university allotted to Telangana and Horticulture university for AP, he said.
Chief Minister K. Chandrasekhar Rao sanctioned the prestigious college to Nizamabad, he said. The new building of the college of food sciences was inaugurated here on Wednesday.
