New Delhi: Egyptian President Abdel Fattah Al-Sisi will arrive in Delhi on Thursday for a three-day visit during which he will hold talks with Prime Minister Narendra Modi to step up engagement in areas of security, counter-terrorism and trade.

With both India and Egypt grappling with terrorism, both the leaders are expected to deliberate on ways to deal with the menace effectively.

Sisi will be accompanied by a high-level delegation comprising of Ministers, top officials and business leaders.

He will hold wide-ranging talks with Prime Minister Modi on Saturday. Both sides are set to sign a number of MoUs after the talks.
