Repair Rain-damaged Roads on War Footing: CM KCR in Cabinet Meet

Hyderabad: The meeting of the Telangana Cabinet chaired by Chief Minister K Chandrasekhar Rao at the Secretariat ended a few minutes ago.

The meeting which went on for over five hours reportedly centered around rain-related issues. It is said that issues like rain damage to crops and the recent flood situation in the state were discussed in the meeting.

CM KCR reportedly directed the officials to restore roads damaged by the rains on a war footing. The Cabinet also assessed the damage to crops caused by the floods.

The Telangana Cabinet also talked about several bills to be introduced in the Assembly, which is set to commence from August 3.
