Chennai: Chief Minister O. Panneerselvam and leader of Opposition, along with ministers and secretariat staff on Monday paid homage to Mahatma Gandhi, on his 70th death anniversary and took the untouchability oath. The question hour in the Assembly was completed early so that the members could take part in the function.
