BSF jawan killed in road mishap
Hyderabad: A BSF soldier was killed in an accident in Mahabubnagar district on Thursday night. The police said that the deceased, Bhimla Naik, hit his bike into an electric pole and was killed on the spot. In another incident at Hakimpet, a 20-year-old engineering student was killed and two others were injured after the car in which they were travelling crashed into a mini- truck on Friday morning. The deceased was identified as Chammila Vamshi Krishna.
Bhimla Naik, a resident of Nawabpet, is posted in Punjab with the BSF. He has two wives. His first wife approached the court stating that he married for a second time without informing her. On Thursday, he appeared before the court at Jadcherla and was returning home on his bike. While passing through Rekula Choudapur village, he lost control of the bike and hit an electric pole and died on the spot.
In the other incident at Hakimpet, Vamshi Krishna and his friends were were proceeding from Neredmet to Shameerpet in a car. At Devarayam-jal T junction, the vehicle lost control and rammed into a mini truck. Vamshi Krishna died on the spot, while two others and the truck driver were injured.
