Hyderabad: The Hyderabad High Court on Wednesday refused to vacate the stay granted on the order passed by the Hyderabad Police Commissioner externing Swamy Paripoornananda from the city.
A division bench comprising Chief Justice Thottathil B. Radha-krishnan and Justice S.V. Bhatt, while dealing with an appeal by the Hyderabad Police Commissioner, and the Principal Secretary of the home department, issued the notice to the Swamy directing him to file a counter-affidavit.
