Chandrababu Naidu's voice not yet sent to FSL
Hyderabad: The ACB has not yet sent the alleged conversation of AP Chief Minister Chandrababu Naidu with independent TS MLA Elvis Stephenson and the test samples to the Forensic Science Laboratory. Neither has it filed a revised or supplementary chargesheet in the case.
Regarding the fresh complaint filed by YSRC MLA A. Ramakrishna Reddy, a TS ACB official said, “We haven’t got any communication. We will get to know only when the complaint is referred to us. We haven’t sent a sample of Mr Naidu’s voice to the FSL for voice recognition.”
Revanth’s voice matched
Though the ACB had had hinted that Mr Naidu was the mastermind, it did not list him as an accused due to “lack of evidence”. FSL reports have confirmed the voice of TD MLA A. Revanth Reddy, Bishop Sebastian and Elvis Stephenson. Sources said when ACB officials checked the voice of Mr Naidu, they had got confirmation but the procedure was not done officially
YSRC spokesperson Vasireddy Padma said, “When the ACB court did not take the first chargesheet into cognisance, why did the ACB keep quiet? They should have filed a detailed supplementary chargesheet. Why were the samples officially not sent to FSL?”ACB DG A.K. Khan was not available for comment.
