HYDERABAD: Osmania University on Monday postponed the exams scheduled for May 31 and June 2. The May 31 exams were postponed for the Gurukulam teachers exam was being held on the same day. The exams on June 2 were postponed in view of the Formation Day. Students were asked to check the website for the new schedules.
Asked if the university had not anticipated the gurukulam test and Formation Day, OU registrar Gopal Reddy said, the May 31 exam was postponed on the directive of the TS Public Service Commission. He said the June 2 exam was postponed after the student unions sought a holiday to participate in the Formation Day celebrations.
