Mysuru: Union Minister of State for Social Justice and Empowerment Krishna Pal Gurjar on Monday said his ministry is planning electronic gadgets including Ipods, laptops and mobile phones which are physically challenged friendly.
Krishna Pal was speaking to mediapersons during his visit to Mysuru on Monday.
Asked about the Union government’s plans for reservation in promotions, the minister refused to comment on the subject saying, “I cannot take a decision unilaterally. The union cabinet will take a decision.”
On Chief Minister Siddaramaiah’s claim of being a champion of social justice and how far it had become a reality, Krishna Pal quipped, “People will give an answer in the 2018 assembly elections.”
