Yadadri district may get K Chandrashekar Rao''s farm house
Hyderabad: Will Chief Minister K. Chandrashekar Rao’s farmhouse at Erravalli village in Jagadevpur mandal of Medak district find itself in the proposed Yadadri district?
The proposals sent to the government by Nalgonda district administration says that Jagadevpur mandal along with some other mandals in Ranga Reddy and Warangal districts will be merged in the proposed Yadadri district.
As the government decided to form new districts with at least 20 mandals in each, Nalgonda revenue officials have sent their proposals to the government for Yadadri with 11 mandals from Nalgonda, five from Warangal, one from Medak and four from Rangareddy.
An official source said that all the seven mandals of Alair assembly segment — Yadagirigutta, Alair, Gundala, Atmakur (M), Rajapeta, Turkapally and Bommala Ramaram will be included in Yadadri district.
"Besides this, four mandals from Bhuvanagiri assembly segment (Bhuvanagiri, Bib-inagar, Bhudan Pocham-pally and Valigonda) have been proposed for the new district. Apart from these eleven mandals, proposals were sent to the government with Cheryal, Bachha-nnapet, Jangaon, Lingala Ghanapuram and Devar-uppala in Warangal district, Medchal, Shamirpet, Keesara and Ghatkesar of Rangareddy districts and Jagadevpur of Medak district," the source said.
The source said that the CM’s farmhouse was located in Jagadevpur mandal. "As the CM is very attached to the Yadadri shrine, he is willing to be in Yadadri district. Apart from Yadadri, the district will have prominent shrines including Keesara temple, Palakurthy temple, Valigonda Mathsyagiri Narasimha Swamy temple and others.
After completion of Yadadri development project and radial roads project connecting to Warangal industrial park, Yadadri district will have more scope for development. The district will become a hub for temple tourism. The government will announce about the new district after workshops which are scheduled in June," the source said.
