M’luru/Udupi: With the gruelling Lok Sabha election campaign over and the results a good three weeks away, most state politicos, including Chief Minister H.D. Kumaraswamy, are making the best of the interregnum to relax and avail health remedies of various kinds to keep them in fine shape. Mr Kumaraswamy arrived in Udupi along with his father and Janata Dal (Secular) supremo H.D.
Deve Gowda Sunday night and attended the wedding of former MLA Gopal Poojary's daughter before reaching Sai Radha Heritage Centre at Muloor in Udupi district for Panchakarma treatment. The two leaders preferred to keep themselves away from the media. Mr Kumaraswamy who was at Sai Radha Heritage for two days last week amid his busy election schedule, rushed back to the capital after the Sri Lanka blasts that killed Janata Dal (Secular) workers who were on a tour of the island country.
Sources said the Chief Minister would rest here for about four days and then return to Bengaluru.
Sai Radha Heritage is heavily guarded by a police team which has kept the media and public away.
