Scared to go for walks with wife to save marriage: Techie couple from Bengaluru

Bengaluru: In a rare instance, a man told the high court that he cannot go for walks with his wife in Cubbon Park in an attempt to save their marriage.

Interestingly, the husband said that he is afraid of his wife and did not want to go for walks with her. A baffled high court asked him to talk to his wife within the court premises.

The case relates to the woman, a techie, going on an appeal against the divorce ordered by a US court.

The techie couple from Bengaluru were settled in the US before differences cropped up. The US court had allowed the husband’s plea seeking a divorce.

But the woman approached the high court against the divorce order to allow her to live with her husband. The High Court advised the couple on life and relationships and asked them to take up counselling as a final attempt to save their marriage.
