Focus on public satisfaction: CM N Chandrababu Naidu
Vijayawada: Chief Minister N. Chandrababu Naidu said they targeted to achieve 80 per cent satisfaction in the public towards the government programmes but that they achieved only 62 per cent of it. The remaining 18 pc can be achieved through sincere work, he said.
The CM was addressing officials through tele conference on Neeru-Pragati on Monday. He directed the officials to set a target to achieve 15 pc growth rate for the state.
He discussed natural agriculture with the officials and reviewed the status of its implementation. He appreciated the officials for their efforts in solving petitions received during Janmabhoomi programme. Mr Naidu asked them to complete addressing all the grievances by Jan. 31.
The Chief Minister said that he has informed the natural agriculture model being followed in the state to the delegates at the Davos economic convention.
He asked the agriculture department to look into the cost price of the crops and plan for their storage, basing on their production.
Mr Chandrababu Naidu said: “Every poor family on the earth will have a dream of having an own home. We have to fulfill it. We have to achieve 100% target in housing this year,” he said and directed the officials to expedite the works.
He said that AP was the only state using Mahatma Gandhi National Rural Employment Guarantee Act for rural employment and at the same time, creating assets.
