Hyderabad: Congress MLC Ponguleti Sudhakar Reddy on Friday slammed the government of Telangana state, alleging that the Telangana Rashtra Samiti is not bothered about the pending issues in the AP Reorganisation Act. He also thanked the Central government for constituting a separate High Court for Andhra Pradesh.
Speaking to media persons in Delhi on Friday, Mr Sudhakar Reddy said, “The Centre should fulfil all promises that were made in the AP Reorganisation Act. The TRS had said that it would fight for Bayyaram steel plant, but is keeping silence on this issue after the government was formed. Establishing this steel plant will provide employment to more than 5,000 people. Lord Rama is in Badrachalam but his assets are now in Andhra Pradesh. Those villages should be included in Telangana again.”
