Strays enter K Chandrashekar Rao's security office

A GHMC veterinary officer said they couldn't catch the dogs though the search with continue.

Hyderabad: The menace of stray dogs has not spared the Chief Minister's security quarters at Begumpet.

Street dogs entered through the Manjeera guest house gate and reached the quarters adjacent to the Chief Minister's house by jumping through an under-construction wall.

Five dog squads and a catching unit were deployed to nab them, but a GHMC Begumpet circle veterinary officer said they could not catch the dogs on Wednesday though the search with continue.

The Chief Minister’s sprawling nine-acre home has the former CM’s camp office in front, the old quarters of the security forces on the left and the now demolished IAS recreation centre close by, which shares a wall with the police quarters.

One of the entrances to the IAS recreation centre is through the Manjeera guest house gate and this is the only way strays can enter the premises. The animals are attracted by the tons of construction debris and an overflowing garbage bin.
