VIJAYAWADA: Union finance minister Arun Jaitley on Monday asked AP Chief Minister N. Chandrababu Naidu to head a five-member committee that would be formed by the Centre to monitor the post-demonetisation problem.
The development came after Mr Naidu spoke to Mr Jaitley to express his ire over the indifference of bankers in responding to the fallout of the demonetisation of high-value currency
Mr Naidu said that he told Mr Jaitley that bankers failed to furnish details of small currency.
