Hyderabad: Ranga Reddy district officials have identified suitable land inside the Outer Ring Road (ORR) for auction. Ranga Reddy revenue officials have identified these bits at Gachibowli, Raidurgam, Serilingampally and Rajendranagar
Apart from government lands, the Ranga Reddy administration has taken up a survey to identify unused assigned land inside the ORR for handing over to the TSIIC. Besides this, the Ranga Reddy revenue officials have identified land for auction at Qutbullapur and Uppal mandals.
A source said 53 parcels were identified at prime locality. “As the recent auctions have given fruitful results under IT corridor, we are focussing on lands in Serilingampally and Rajendranagar mandals. The government is expecting at least Rs 1,000 crore of revenue from the identified 53 parcels,” the source said.
