Hyderabad: New petition seeks reasons behind delay
Hyderabad: With the result of around 19,788 scripts still pending to be declared despite the High court's order directing the board to release all results by 5 pm on Monday, Balala Hakkula Sangham is filing another petition in the High court to seek an explanation for the delay.
Speaking to this newspaper, Mr Achyuta Rao of the Balala Hakkula Sangham said, "While lakhs of students and parents were eagerly awaiting the reverified results, the board delayed its declaration by over five hours, thereby causing severe anxiety to all the victims of the fiasco. And when they did finally upload the results, they did not upload the answer scripts of all the students.”
The TSBIE failed to obey the orders issued by the High Court as a result of which, thousands of students and parents are still in a dilemma.
“Many students who want to look at their answer scripts cannot do so as their answer scripts have not been uploaded yet. Further, several doubts are being raised on the evaluation of the answer scripts that have been uploaded so far, and the helpline has been fairly non-responsive to our queries,” said Mr Jithender Surana, a parent.
