Chennai: The plus-1 board exam results will be declared on Wednesday. Over 8 lakh students appeared for exams conducted from March 7 to April 16.
The directorate of government examinations will send the results directly to students through SMS to their registered mobile numbers.
The students and parents can also view their results on following websites:-
www.tnresults.nic.in, www.dge1.tn.nic.in, www.dge2.tn.nic.in
The students also can download their statement of marks from www.dge.tn.nic.in from June 4.
The students also can apply for the copy of their answer scripts and retotalling from June 1 to 4. The supplementary exams for class 11 students will begin from July 5.
This year the pass percentage is expected to dip as students struggled to answer the application-oriented questions in the board exam.
The students who are not able to clear the class 11 exams will be allowed to sit in plus-2 and they can clear their arrears while studying in plus-2.
