K Chandrasekhar Rao praises Telangana state UPSC toppers

The CM also congratulated 9th ranker Soumya Sharma in physically challenged category.

Hyderabad: Chief Minister K. Chandrasekhar Rao on Saturday hailed candidates from Telangana State who scored good ranks in UPSC civil services exam.

Mr Rao said it is a proud moment for Telangana from where another generation of young officers are being inducted into All India Services to serve the country.

The CM congratulated All India first ranker, Durisetti Anudeep from Metpally, Koya Sriharsha (6th rank) from Khammam, Gaddam Madhuri (144th rank) from Pentlavelli in Mahbubnagar district, Surabhi Adarsh (393 rank) from Kamareddy, Yedavelli Akshay Kumar (624 rank), Balla Alekhya (721 rank) from Pedapalli, Elthepu Seshulu (724 rank) from Salur village in Nizamabad district.

The CM also congratulated 9th ranker Soumya Sharma in physically challenged category.

Mr Rao expressed happiness that in the recent past Telangana candidates were coming out with flying colours in all the competitive examinations in the country.

He said that the government has set up coaching centres and study circles to prepare candidates from poorer sections for the competitive examinations.

The CM asked the private coaching centres which are doing a good service all over the country to set up their branches in Hyderabad and other cities in the state.
