Mr Jagan Mohan Reddy had visited my house when Andhra Pradesh was united, says Dr Abdullah.
Vijayawada: The YSRC on Wednesday said that it would file a defamation case against National Conference leader Farooq Abdullah for alleging that party chief Y.S. Jagan Mohan Reddy had offered Rs 1,500 crore to the Congress to make him the Chief Minister of the then united Andhra Pradesh.
Dr Abdullah had levelled this allegation while addressing an campaign meeting in support of TD president and AP Chief Minister N. Chandrababu Naidu at Kadapa on Tuesday.
“Mr Jagan Mohan Reddy had visited my house when Andhra Pradesh was united. I want to remind him that he had told me he was ready to give Rs 1,500 crore if the Congress made him Chief Minister,” Dr Abdullah had claimed.
