Hyderabad: The grandson of last Nizam, Col. Muffakham Jah Mir Karamat Ali Khan, on Monday called on TS Wakf Board Mohammed Saleem and appreciated his initiatives in safeguarding the Wakf properties, particularly those under the management of the Nizam Trust.sx
Mr Jah requested the Wakf Board to take action against encroachers who had grabbed properties worth crores of rupees. He discussed various Wakf-related issues and assured the Board of all support to protect the assets.
Mr Saleem later told mediapersons that he had visited Mr Jah’s residence to seek his support for the protection of Wakf properties under the management of royal family and their trusts. He said the Wakf Board had initiated an action plan to protect the Wakf properties with the coordination of the Nizam’s’ Trust.
