Hyderabad: The Board of Intermediate Education has released the tentative timetable for the first and second year Intermediate Public Examinations (IPE) in March 2019. The first year exams will begin on February 27 with second-language paper-1 and the second year examinations will begin on February 27 with the second language paper.
The examinations for the first and second year students will be conducted from 9 am to 12 pm. The second year students will have to appear for their English paper-II on March 2 followed by mathematics paper-IIA, botany paper-II, civics paper-II and psychology paper-II on March 6. Mathematics-IIB, zoology paper-II, history-Paper-II for second years will be conducted on March 8 and chemistry paper-II, commerce paper-II, sociology paper-II, fine arts and music paper are scheduled on March 13.
Geology paper-II, home science paper-II, public administration paper-II, logic paper-II, and bridge course maths paper-II will be conducted on March 15. The second year exams will end on March 18.
The first year students will have their English Paper-I on March 1 followed by mathe-matics paper-IA, botany paper-I, civics paper-I and psychology paper-I on March 5. Mathematics-IB, Zoology paper-I, history-paper-I for first years will be conducted on March 7 and Chemistry paper-I, commerce paper-I, sociology paper-I, fine arts and music paper is on March 12. The first year examinations will end on March 16 and modern language paper-I and geography paper-I will be conducted on the last day.
The dates mentioned in the tentative schedule are also applicable to Intermediate Vocational Course Examinations. However, the board will issue a separate time-table for the vocational courses.
