Hyderabad: Winter is making Hyderabad feel the chill, with the night temperature falling to 13.70C early on Tuesday, which is the lowest temperature this season. It is 2 degrees less than the normal. The temperature is further expected to drop to 120C over this week.
Tuesday night temperature broke 2017’s record and 13.90C recorded on Monday.
The lowest was 14.10C recorded in November 2017.
This drop in night temperatures will continue as the state is receiving northwesterly winds which are dry and cold.
Adilabad was the coldest in the state at 70C while Medak deviated most from the normal recording 100C on Tuesday.
Hanamakonda and Ramagundam recorded 130C, showing 2 degrees departure from the normal. The city’s forecast for Tuesday is mainly clear skies, with maximum and minimum temperatures revolving around 310C and 140C respectively.
