BHUBANESWAR: A young woman has allegedly been beaten to death by her husband and sister-in-law after she caught the duo in a compromising position in Odisha’s Jajpur district, according to reports.
According to the police, Ananta Jena (28), son of Biswanath Jena of Barikula village under Binjharpur police limits, — had an illicit affair with his widowed sister-in-law Anjana, 30.
Ananta got married to Rinarani daughter of Bishnu Jena of Ahias Ramachandrapur village under Mangalpur police limits in 2011. However, he allegedly continued his physical relations with Anjana after marriage despite being caught red-handed by the victim many a times.
