Hyderabad: MGIT organized "Meet & Greet" event for the graduated batch to facilitate and coordinate alumni activities at the college campus here on Saturday, said a press release.
The aim of the event was to reconnect with the alumni and celebrate their professional accomplishments in various fields and also to create an opportunity for the alumni to catch up with each other and relive old memories.
Discussions with faculty, brainstorming, entertainment, etc. were held on this occasion. Alumni had a fruitful interaction with the present final year students and shared tips pertaining to higher studies, the career guidance and placements.
The evening was filled with fun-filled activities (cultural performances) by the current students of MGIT.
The release also said that the Metallurgy and Materials engineering Alumni have contributed to Chandrayaan-3 mission in various roles and responsibilities at ISRO.
