On August 9, the nursing section on the first floor had cement flakes falling and due to that the section was vacated.

Hyderabad: Parveen, 21, was injured at the Osmania General Hospital when a massive cement piece from the ceiling fell on her at 4 pm on Monday evening. The cement pieces gave way in the passage on the ground. Parveen had an injury on her shoulder and was immediately given first aid.
This is the third such incident in August at the hospital which is seeing bits and pieces of the building blocks collapsing on a daily basis. On August 9, the nursing section on the first floor had cement flakes falling and due to that the section was vacated. Nurses on night duty had to be moved to another part of the building.
