Hyderabad: Bedsheets in two colours, white and pink. were introduced at the Gandhi Hospital on Saturday by health minister C. Laxma Reddy. These two colours will be used on alternate days.
“Later the bedsheets will be in seven colours, one for each day of the week,” a source said.
The hospital has 1,050 beds and 1,863 patients, many of them having two patients. Dr Laxma Reddy said, “We are going to make government hospitals patient friendly by providing amenities and filling up all vacant posts.”
