Visakhapatnam: AP Chamber of Commerce and Air Travellers Association met MP-elect M.V.V. Satyanarayana on Monday and requested him to work on various aspects for developing the city.
The associations requested the MP to help improve both domestic and international air connectivity for Vizag airport and to focus more on direct flights connecting Vizag and Dubai.
They also explained the need for introducing cargo liners and improving air cargo from Visakhapatnam.
Being an industrial friendly zone, the Chamber of Commerce requested Mr Satyanarayana to come up with a new industrial park and to improve infrastructure in existing parks. They also urged the MP to give priority to creating jobs and developing tourism in the city.
Mr Satyanarayana assured that he would work for the development of the constituency and the importance will be given to all the issued raised by Chamber of Commerce and Air Travellers Association.
