Tirupati: Tirumala Tirupati Devasthanams (TTD) public relations officer Talari Ravi on Saturday clarified that the temple administration is looking forward to invite tenders for providing facility management services for housekeeping, sanitation and maintenance of Sri Padmavathi Ammavari Nilayam in Tiruchanoor for a period of three years.
Refuting media reports that the TTD trust board has resolved to lease multi-storey complex at Tiruchanoor, the PRO said that the complex will be under the maintenance of TTD and allotment of the rooms will be done by its staff.
The PRO said, “The committee has been discussing on the modalities of awarding facility management services to private contractors. But, the rumours were spread that the TTD board will lease out the entire complex. The complex will be under the possession of TTD,” he said.
