Bengaluru: Even as the Bengaluru Metro Rail Employees Union gave an undertaking before the HC calling off their strike, the court has direted them not to go on strike without intimating it.

The HC has issued an interim order staying the Central Administrative Tribunal's order in Rohini Sindhuri case.
While hearing a petition filed by the IAS officer, the HC stay order was not with regard to order of the State government transferring her from the post of Hassan DC to that of Commissioner of Department of Employment and Training in Bengaluru.
The court has listed her petition for final hearing to May 30.
