BJP has changed: N Chandrababu Naidu

Party is not following coalition dharma.

VIJAYAWADA: The Chief Minister, Mr N. Chandrababu Naidu, has opined that BJP is adopting a new modus operandi in the party these days and the new leadership is practising it. Earlier BJP was not like this and followed the coalition dharma which was not to be seen in present times and in fact the BJP was acting unilaterally in its decisions, said the CM.

While addressing the teleconference on Tuesday, Mr Naidu directed TD MPs to block “BJP cheating at any cost.” Mr Naidu requested all parties to support in taking a no-trust motion for discussion to Parliament. He also sought the support of all parties to not enter into the well for the sake of Andhra Pradesh and directed MPs to question Union government on the injustice done to the state when the no-trust motion came up for discussion.

The CM also told the MPs that the parliament should echo with their speeches on the rights of the AP public. He reminded them of the speech of Mr Galla Jayadev last month and the huge response it received from all sectors of the public. He said their speeches should reach more members of the public this time. Mr Naidu said the state is at a crucial stage now and it required everyone’s support which was why the state government was considering the suggestions and recommendations of all associations by organising such meetings.

Mr Naidu opined that as the no-trust motion issue belonged to Andhra Pradesh, the state MPs would be given higher priority in the discussion if allowed in the floor of the house and TD MPs should effectively use this opportunity.
