Shloka Mehta's first look from sangeet

The Ambanis are hosting a lavish pre-wedding bash in St Moritz Switzerland for their son Akash and his fiancee.

After the dandiya raas night at the Ambani residence, Antilia, the Ambani-Mehta families along with their friends including B-town celebs, industrialists and sports maestros, flew off to St Moritz in Switzerland for a three-day pre-wedding bash of Akash Ambani and Shloka Mehta. For the first day, the soon-to-be bride and groom made their entry in a beautiful white chariot. The theme of Akash and Shloka’s pre-wedding bash in Switzerland is ‘Winter Wonderland’.

Akash and Shloka also hosted their sangeet on February 26, 2019, and the first look of the bride shows Shloka looking stunning in a lehenga which she matched with a choker and maang tikka.

As per a report, American pop rock band, Maroon 5 will be performing at Akash and Shloka’s wedding in Mumbai.

The celebrations began at the Ambani residence with a garba night and popular Gujarati folk singer, Falguni Pathak along with singer, Tushar Trivedi performed for the guests. Sharing some glimpses from the night, Tushar captioned it, “Performed Last Night for #Ambani Family with One & Only #FalguniPathak n Ta-Thaiya.”

On February 20, 2019, ace Bollywood designer, Sabyasachi Mukherjee posted two beautiful pictures of the groom-to-be, Akash Ambani’s mother, Nita Ambani stunningly dressed up for one of the pre-wedding functions. The mother of the groom-to-be looked resplendent in a blush pink Sabyasachi ethnic wear and heritage jewellery.

There are other reports that revealed that the Mangal Baaraat will assemble at the Trident in Mumbai at 3.30 pm on Saturday. From the Trident, the baaraatis will head to the Jio World Centre in Bandra Kurla Complex. A high tea will be hosted for guests at Jio World Centre at 6.30 pm on March 9, and the wedding ceremony will take place at 7.30 pm. Apart from this, a post-wedding celebration will be held on March 10, 2019, and a reception will be hosted on March 11, 2019, for all.
