HYDERABAD: MRPS founder-president Manda Krishna Madiga was granted conditional bail by Secunderabad Civil Court on Tuesday.
He was arrested following attempts to head a rally towards Tank Bund, a week ago. Manda Krishna and 13 other activists were produced before magistrate, who had ordered judicial remand for them till December 29.
Expressing ire over Krishna’s arrest, MRPS had called for bandh on December 27. However, after the bail was granted the shutdown call was put off.
