Respect the Constitution: Former SC judge V Gopala Gowda
Vijayawada: The values inscribed in the Constitution should be protected by the trade unions and Leftists, said Justice V. Gopala Gowda, retired Supreme Court judge. He participated in the conference conducted by Citu state committee here on Sunday on the occasion of National Constitution Acceptance Day.
Justice Gopala Gowda said: "The Constitution will not give preference to any particular community, it considers all the communities equal. The Constitutions ensures a happy life to all the citizens of India." The organisers felicitated Justice Gopal Gowda. Citu leaders including Ch. Narasingarao, state president, A. Gafoor, chief secretary, E.V. Nageswara Rao, treasurer, P. Muralikrishna, convener, MBVK Trust, and secretaries K. Swarooparani, K. Dhanalakshmi, K. Subbara-vamma, K. Umamahes-wararao were present.
