D K Shivakumar won’t give up, moves Delhi High Court for bail

Bengaluru: As expected, former Karnataka minister D.K. Shivakumar has approached the Delhi High Court, challenging the decision of the Enforcement Directorate's designated court to dismiss his bail petition. On Thursday morning, Shivakumar's counsel filed the bail petition, which was admitted and is expected to come up for hearing next week.

Meanwhile, senior Congress leaders Ahmed Patel and Anand Sharma called on Shivakumar at Tihar jail, where he is currently lodged. They were accompanied by Shivakumar's brother and Bengaluru Rural Congress MP D.K. Suresh.
