Mysuru: Kannada film actor Darshan who met with an accident on Monday morning, continued to be treated at a private hospital here, along with his friend Roy Antony on Wednesday.
Hospital authorities said Darshan is recovering. They conducted a surgery on Roy Antony on Tuesday and he too is recovering.
Mysuru-Kodagu BJP MP Pratap Simha who visited Darshan said, "he is recovering. I have been his fan from the days his movie, Kariya was released. For the actor, who is busy with back to back shooting, this is a welcome break."
Former president of the Kannada film chamber and producer, Sa Ra Govind too visited the actor and so did Mysuru DCF Mr Siddaramappa as Darshan is the brand ambassador of the forest department.
The Audi 27 series car in which Darshan, senior actor Devraj, his son Prajwal Devraj and Darshan's friend Roy Antony were travelling, had met with an accident on the outer ring road in VV Puram traffic police station limits at around 2.30 am on Monday morning.
