Bengaluru: Central Crime Branch (CCB) police have lodged a complaint regarding a raid conducted on a late night party organized at the R G Hotel in the city.
Mahalakshmi Layout police, who are investigating the case, have communicated to the hotel authorities about the gross violations of the license rules. “Notice has been given in this regard to its owner Ravish Gowda,” N Shashi Kumar, DCP North explained.
CCB police raided the R G Hotel as the late night party was organized. As many as 100 to 150 people including foreign nationals were found to be partying beyond the permissible time limits.
It’s a gross violation of permit conditions as permission is given only up to 1 am. The party was going on till 4 am. “We have also pressed for investigation by BBMP and excise departments,” explained the police source.
