Hyderabad: The Cyberabad East Police identified four locations for Ganesh immersion at Saroornagar, Safilguda, Kapra and Cherlapally lakes. Police advised organisers to set up small idols to avoid inconvenience due to Metro Rail works.
Cyberabad East commissioner Mahesh Bhagawat said the applications should be submitted online from August 25. Organisers should ensure that one idol is set up in each colony. There is no permission for DJ sound systems and organisers can use box speakers from 6 am to 10 pm.
