Miniature art of late president Dr APJ Abdul Kalam
Chennai: City Police Commissioner A. K. Viswanathan on Wednesday appreciated a sub-inspector with the Central Crime Branch (CCB) for his miniature art of late president Dr APJ Abdul Kalam.
Sub inspector Veerasamy has a penchant for creating miniature art forms and to commemorate the second year death anniversary of the beloved man, fondly known as India's missile man.
The SI had crafted Kalam’s face on a pencil lead, which was brought to the notice of the commissioner, who duly appreciated his subordinate, officials said.
