THIRUVANANTHAPURAM: The Thiruvananthapuram regional passport office has been ranked the best among the 37 regional passport offices in the country. External Affairs Minister Sushma Swaraj presented the award to regional passport officer Ashique Karattil in New Delhi on Tuesday.
